30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your handcrafted purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@kboomhandcrafter.com with your order number and the reason for return
2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Attach the prepaid label and drop off at the designated carrier

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Custom or personalized orders
• Gift cards
• Items returned without prior authorization

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us at info@kboomhandcrafter.com. We will help arrange the exchange once we receive your original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for damaged or defective items. For other returns, a prepaid shipping label will be provided and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
